What this notice covers
This notice covers the public EstimarMine+ website, including contact enquiries and the browser-based ROI calculator. It does not replace any data-processing terms agreed for a pilot, training, or platform engagement.
Information you choose to send
When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, work email, company, job title, preferred conversation type, and project context. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and understand the context you chose to share.
Do not submit confidential drillhole, assay, geological, commercial, or personal information through this public form. Agree a secure sharing process with the team first.
Form delivery
When online form delivery is configured, enquiries are sent through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery provider. Your browser communicates with that provider only when you submit the form. FormSubmit’s own privacy terms apply to its processing of the request.
Sales assistant
When you use the EstimarMine+ sales assistant, the messages you choose to send are relayed through our server to OpenRouter so a language-model provider can generate a reply. That processing may occur outside your country. Do not share confidential drillhole, assay, geological, commercial, or personal information in the public chat.
To protect the public service, our server keeps short-lived, hashed IP-based rate-limit records and a daily usage counter. If you submit the chat lead form, we store the lead details and delivery status. Your conversation transcript is stored or delivered only if you separately opt in to include it.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of an enquiry by emailing info@estimarmine.com. Include enough detail for the team to locate the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Local calculators and demonstrations
The ROI calculator and illustrative product demonstration run in your browser. The values you enter there are not uploaded, saved, or retained by this website.
